Student Body Meeting are conducted by the SGA officers to address concerns, inform enrolled students of activities and campus wide initiatives, and to open the lines of communication between the students and SGA officers.
Student body meeting will be held the first Wednesday of each month in Deforest Chapel, 7 p.m. until 8 p.m.
If you have a concern that you would like the SGA to address, please email that regard to the SGA email (email@example.com) to be placed on the agenda.
Student body meetings are conducted strictly from the agenda. No additions will be made to the agenda during the meeting. Again, if there is something that you would like to be addressed please email that regard to firstname.lastname@example.org by the 30th of each month not later than 12 p.m. (noon).
For any immediate or personal concerns please refer to the student handbook to pursue the appropriate protocol.
Note: All concerns may not make the agenda due to time restrains. However, all concerns will be addressed accordingly.
